Production engineering
Footwear manufacturing is a sequence of decisions. We make each one visible, documented and approvable — so bulk production matches the sample you signed off.

The process
Timelines depend on construction and order size; samples typically move faster than bulk, and both are confirmed in writing before we start.
Reference shoe, sketch or tech pack reviewed against your market, price band and target construction before anything is cut.
Upper leathers, linings, soles, threads and hardware selected and inspected for consistency, finish and wear behaviour.
Last shape and grading established, patterns engineered for fit and manufacturability across the full size run.
Fit, colour and construction samples built and revised until the standard is approved in writing by you.
Cutting, closing, lasting and sole attachment executed against the approved sample and specification.
Edge work, burnishing, polishing, laces, socks and insoles applied to the agreed finish level.
Stage-wise inspection through cutting, closing, lasting and packing, with a final release check per carton.
Brand cartons, inner packing, shipping marks, documentation and coordinated freight for export.
